THE TWELVE: Week 10

Good evening all and welcome back to another post! This week has been a really odd one for me, my dinners have been a bit mish mash as you'll see due to the fact that I hadn't been shopping and so was literally putting together whatever was in the house. One thing I will say very proudly is that I didn't eat tuna for lunch not once this week (I've changed call the police)! Anyway without further delay, lets get straight into it: (Monday - Sunday) Breakfast:  Belvita Blueberry Soft Bake with Skyr Cherry Yogurt and  Tea with, 1 Tsp. Honey & Soya Milk   (347 calories) 4 Slices of Warburton's Milk Roll Toast with a Small Fried Egg and  Tea with, 1 Tsp. Honey & Soya Milk  (367 calories)  2 Boiled Yam Slices with Garden Egg Stew (445 calories)  Lunch: (apologies, I totally forgot to take a picture of my lunches this week)  Leftover Harvester Spitroast Chicken Sandwich with Corn on the Cob (470 calories)  1 egg Omelette with Peppers, Tomato

THE TWELVE: Week 9

Good evening all and welcome to the ninth post of THE TWELVE! Its been an amazing journey so far and this week has been particularly good as I've been able to create a dish which had a very positive response on Instagram and Twitter! Good evening all and welcome to Week 8 of the THE TWELVE! So we are officially in the final 4 weeks of this journey and I am due another weigh in today! I haven't yet been to the gym today and am due to go as soon as I've finished writing this up, however I am super hopeful that I'm on track to lose at least 10 kg by the end of this series. Its been a really good week for me as I've had quite a few different meals and discovered a new protein which has honestly, changed the game for me. On with Week 8! (Monday-Sunday) Breakfast:  A 2 Egg Tomato, Onion, Spinach and Prawn Omelette  and  Tea with, 1 Tsp. Honey & Soya Milk (350 calories)  Belvita Choc Chip Soft Bake and  Tea with, 1 Tsp. Good evening all and welcome back to another instalment of THE TWELVE! This week has been good overall, in terms of my diet not much has changed, and I really do need to try something new for lunches and dinners because its getting quite repetitive now, but overall I've had a positive week! (Monday-Sunday)  Breakfast:  Belvita Choc Chip Soft Bake and  Tea with, 1 Tsp.
