THE TWELVE: Week 6

  Good evening guys and welcome back to what is the half way post of my series: THE TWELVE! I've been doing this for 6 weeks now and honestly I feel great. I've lost a noticeable amount of weight and I feel really good about myself and my progress. I've been able to fulfil all of my goals so far, with a few cheats here and there however I know I wouldn't be able to do this without a few cheats so overall I'd say I'm super motivated for the future! On the more personal side, this past week has been really tough for me, but I am very proud of myself for sticking to this journey and staying on the path to success. Hopefully this week will be better for me. To week 6! (Monday-Sunday) Breakfast:  Belvita Blueberry Soft Bake and  Liberte Strawberry Yogurt  plus Tea with, 1 Tsp. THE TWELVE: Week 5

Good evening guys and Happy Easter! This week has been particularly hard for me, most especially towards the end of the week as I've eaten out and gone to different events. I'm still trying very hard and as I type am yet to go to the gym for the last time this week, however as soon as I finish typing this post up, off to the gym I go! For the first time I took some pictures of myself and could see a difference in my weight. It was really motivating and as I enter the halfway point of this series, it's great to see my hard work is paying off. THE TWELVE: Week 4

Good evening guys and welcome to another instalment of THE TWELVE. Today we hit the one third mark of this series and I was able to weigh myself properly for four weeks. I am pleased to say that I have lost weight! I won't reveal the details and intricacies of my weight loss until the last post of this series however it's really motivated me as it shows not only that what I am doing is working, but I am on the right track with my cooking. Unfortunately I wished to have a great addition ready for this weeks post however, due to a delay in receiving some equipment I was unable to. THE TWELVE: Week 3

Good evening all and welcome to Week 3 of THE TWELVE! Sincere apologies for the lateness of this post, I was held at an event unexpectedly and was not home in time to post. This week has been an amazing week for me, I realised that I’ve lost a bit of weight which is amazing because clearly what I’m doing is working! I STILL did not meal prep this week, and let me not lie, I don’t think I will for the next week either so if you’re going to burn my bridge for promises unkempt burn it now. To week 3!  (Monday - Sunday) Breakfast:  Cornflakes with Soya Milk, Tea with 1 Tsp. Honey & Soya Milk (330 calories) ( not  pictured)  Belvita Blueberry Soft Bake,a Clementine, Tea with 1 Tsp. Honey & Soya Milk (256 calories) 2 slices of Danish Loaf Toast, topped with 2 boiled eggs and 1/2 a smashes avocado (480 calories)  Quaker instant Oats, with Light Soya milk and 1 Tsp Sugar (184 calories)   Lunch:  Tuna Sweetcorn Mayo Sandwich, Liberte Strawberry
